Eligibility
|
: |
To be eligible for admission
to First Year Diploma in Pharmacy the candidate
should have passed.
|
|
|

H.S.C. ( Std. XII ) of
maharashtra state, Board of Secondary and
Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent
examination with subjects such as English,
Physics, Chemistry and Biology / mathematics.
|
|
And secured minimum 50%
marks (45% for backward class candidates)
from maharashtra in the subjects Physics,
Chemistry and Biology / mathematics taken
together and passed in the same seating.

| |
If seats remain vacant, candidates
who have secured minimum 50% marks in Diploma
in Pharmacy (D.Pharm.) Examination can be considered
for admission to First Year B. Pharm. As per the
government Rules.

Year B.Pharm.: |
|
| |
A candidate who has passed Diploma
Course Pharmacy with 60% marks will be considered
for admission to Second Year B.Pharm directly.

Eligibility
|

The eligibility criteria
for admission to the M.Pharm. course are
as under:
The candidate who has passed the examination
for the degree of B.Pharm. of University
of Pune or any other statutory University,
recognized as equivalent thereto by this
University, with at least 60% marks for
open category, (55% for reserved category)
will be eligible for admission to master
of Pharmacy course.

Note : Qualifying the
Graduate Aptitude Test if Engineering (GATE) is
compulsory for awarding any fellowship. However,
it is not mandatory for seeking admission to the
M.Pharm. Course

Registration : Registration
as a Post-graduate student is essential within
one month of his/her admission to the course.
The Postgraduate student in the
Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences will not be
permitted to register his/her name simultaneously
for Diploma or Degree course of University of
Pune or any other College / Institution.
